We approach every new project with high standards of design, good communication and transparency in all steps of the process. For successful implementation, we rely on successful cooperation with your team. Our project process is divided into the following phases:

Inquiry

Please send us a non-binding inquiry with initial information on the

• Project scope and purpose,
• approximate dimensions and
• if you have, your design ideas.

In the first step, we work together to find out in which direction the project should go, brainstorm initial ideas and set the framework. The briefing now results in a cost breakdown and we will provide you with a non-binding offer including a rough schedule. After we have agreed on the project content, conditions and costs, we can start!

Design process

We start the design process and suggest three approaches. Two change loops are included. Now it's time for real implementation: We plan your new mold with our tool manufacturer in India. We are now testing whether the tool is running smoothly, whether the new product works as desired, or whether it needs to be reworked a little. We will then send you a small batch of samples for inspection. The basic form can also be refined with an embossing, a laser design or a matching banderole.

Serial production

When everyone involved has accepted the product, it now goes into series production. The finished goods are packed for transport and are on their way to you. After receiving the goods, we reflect together on the result of our cooperation and discuss possible follow-up projects.
