We currently only offer sample orders via our online shop. Large quantities can be ordered as container goods. Please send us an inquiry so that we can make you a suitable offer. In the future, there will also be smaller sales quantities directly via the online shop.
For our container goods there is a minimum order quantity from 10 cbm to max. 15 cbm for consolidated containers (LCL) and from 20 cbm for full container loads (FCL). We are happy to calculate the loading quantities for a mixed order of different products. You can find guideline loading quantities for each of our products under Order and Shipping Details.
Our products can be purchased outside of Europe through our Indian partner company. Please send us a request for this so that we can connect you with our colleagues.
Shipping from India to Europe takes about 4 weeks. Production times depend on order quantity and product type. We will therefore inform you about the production time as part of our offer preparation.
Our products must be securely packaged for transport. To protect them from moisture and germs, they are shrink-wrapped in packs of 10 in a thin POF shrink film. We then pack the goods in 5-wall, transport-safe boxes. We do not use plastic filling material for our sample dispatch and use used cardboard boxes whenever possible.
For orders via the online shop, we offer you payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT transfer and invoice via external service providers. For orders by request, you will receive an invoice after the order confirmation, which you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions for us. We look forward to your request.
